Our History

The history of Aviation Service began in 1991 when it was originally established as a local repair support for Bendix/King avionics (today Honeywell) that have been certified on many of the OEM aircraft platforms in Poland and the Czech Republic.

With the opening of markets and the need for modernization of aircraft platforms in the governmental sector, Aviation Service began to expand its repair experience to installations, system design and engineering and complex modifications. Since then Aviation Service has grown continually.

In 1998 to support the investment intensive growth, Aviation Service was transferred into a private joint stock company with foundation capital of CZK 40 million (approx US 1.3 million).

Sales and field service support offices in Warsaw, Poland and Ljubljana, Slovenia have been opened to support customers on a more personal local level. Aviation Service group presently has 40 employees and of these approx. 70% have university degree.
